Four months after bone grafting, premature loss of the Cytoplast membrane led to soft tissue invagination into the grafted site. Due to inadequate bone regeneration and graft failure, the case was ultimately managed similarly to an immediate implant placement, with the implant osteotomy prepared more palatally to obtain primary stability.
